Thursday Chair Yoga (Zoom)

Chair Yoga is:

- For everyone, regardless of body shape/size, strength or flexibility challenges

- Tailored to each student

- For all levels - no prior experience in yoga required

- Designed to address chronic aches, pains and stressors

These sessions will focus on stretching and strengthening poses that bring attention to healthy posture, breath and balance. Each class will begin with simple breathing and stress reduction techniques, explore seated and standing postures using a chair, and then end with a few minutes of relaxation time that will return you to your day rejuvenated! Wear comfortable clothing that allows for freedom of movement.

Please "Contact Us" to discuss any physical limitations or medical concerns you may have with Jenny prior to class. It is recommended that those interested in attending have no counter-indications that apply to moderate physical activity, or, have permission to practice yoga from their doctor. Please make sure to hydrate one hour prior to practice. Yoga is best practiced with an empty stomach.
